Who is responsible

The controller for this website is Deskpaw, Zagreb, Croatia, reachable at hello@deskpaw.eu.

The full business details (name, address and registration) will be published here before our shop opens.

The short version

• No tracking, no advertising cookies and no analytics tools run on this site.
• Fonts and images are served from our own server, not from Google or other third parties.
• We only collect what you give us: your email for the launch list, your message when you contact us, and what's needed to deliver your order.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (servers in the EU). When you visit, the server records technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, date and time, and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after a short period.

Launch list

If you join the launch list, we store your email address, language and the time you signed up. We use it only to send you one launch email with your discount code (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@deskpaw.eu; we then delete your address. We delete the list after launch plus three months at the latest.

Contact form and email

When you contact us, we process your name, email address, order number (if given) and message to answer you (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for order questions, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any legal retention period.

Orders and payment

To process an order we need your name, email, delivery address, phone number (for the carrier) and the items ordered (legal basis: contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). You enter your payment details directly with Stripe; we never see or store your full card data. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

So that your order can be shipped, we pass your name, delivery address, phone number and the items ordered to our fulfilment partner, which packs and ships your parcel from its EU warehouse, and to the carrier that delivers it. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax law (in Croatia, generally 11 years).

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. The Stripe checkout page, which runs on Stripe's own domain, uses cookies that are needed for secure payment and fraud prevention.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us at hello@deskpaw.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr) or the authority in your own country.
