Returns and withdrawal

30 days to change your mind. Your cat gets a vote.

Our 30-day return promise

If you or your cat aren't happy, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. The legal minimum in the EU is 14 days; the extra 16 days are a voluntary promise from us and don't limit your statutory rights.

How to return

  1. Email hello@deskpaw.eu with your order number and the item you're returning. You don't need to give a reason.
  2. We reply with the return address.
  3. Send the item back in reasonable condition, ideally in its original packaging.

Refunds

We refund the product price and the original delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may hold the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown us proof that you sent it.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless it arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, in which case we cover it.

Statutory right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example an email to hello@deskpaw.eu). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
